💰 $79.17 per hour + Super
📅 3 August 2026 – 26 February 2027

What you'll be doing:

✅ Managing building construction and upgrade projects from planning through to handover
✅ Overseeing consultants, contractors, procurement, tendering and contract administration
✅ Managing project scope, budgets, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations
✅ Leading project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes
✅ Preparing reports and maintaining project documentation and governance requirements

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Client-side construction project management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of capital works and building projects
✔ Experience managing consultants and contractors
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
✔ Qualifications in Building, Construction, Project Management or a related field
